Your Mongoose bike might be a great candidate for a BionX rear wheel conversion kit since the battery pack can attach to the water bottle mount on the down tube. Front wheel kits that use a rear rack won't work on your style of bike since there's no good way to stabilize a rather heavy SLA battery pack.
