EVT America recently put out an announcement about the Z-20. Three things seem most relevant. First, they're going to produce the higher speed version, capable of 45 mph. Second, the scooter can definitely climb hills. And third, the only thing delaying them from production is DOT certification. They're in the process and the process takes time. Here's the link:
