Electric Scooters and Texas.... - 2007/08/02 21:55
Many years ago when i lived in (please don't hold this against me i had no choice in the matter) college station, i had a yamaha Riva Razz. It had to be tagged, and liscensed and I had to have a class K liscence for it. I have since lost the scooter (it had a hard life living on the streets of houston after i left college station.) I was thinking about getting an electric modep/scooter but was wondering would i have to get another class K liscence and insurance or are they (electric scooters) exempt from that?
