Need I say more; there is no inspection required for the electric mopeds. Stop making things harder for yourself The EVT's are small moped class scooters, not motorcycles because of their motor size. Look at your manufacturers certificate of origin which gives the legal description of a product--this is the data that DOT and the state use to determine how to classify a product and what laws are applicable.
