Scootergirl, can you point me to some documentation that states clearly that electric mopeds are exempt from state inspection requirements? Unless I can provide something definitive to the courts, I'll have to pay the fine for the ticket I received.
Also, do you work for Alien, or are you just an electric scooter fan?
